Everything was great: the house is spaceous for 2 adults, safe and quiet neighborhood, it's just a few minutes drive from the beach and 8 km from Chiclana center. "The house is as shown on the listing. Good communication and everything went smoothly and as planned . Would stay here again "

"Upon arrival there was no formal meet and greet. We were late arriving due to flight delay but we kept owner updated. We were met by owners sister and simply given the keys, that was it. No proper instructions left at the house on how to use TV, where local bread shop was located/ recommended restaurants etc. Only 2 bathrooms at the property whereas we booked on basis there were 3 which meant having to share which was not ideal. Booked on basis of being smoke free however one of the rooms stunk...

"Overall this is a beautiful house and garden in a fabulous location close to a natural park (great for bird watching) and La Barrosa beach...both within walking or safe cycling distance. Loads of great cafes and restaurants. Some amenities in the house need attention eg new toaster required, unable to use jacuzzi bath, BbQs need attention. However issues were addressed promptly when we raised these with Paco and Julia and we would all love to come back next year if the property is available."
