Faultless, all round excellence

Ideal location in peaceful residential side street 2 mins walk to the beach and various restaurants and 20 mins drive to Cadiz. Friendly helpful host and super clean room. Nice courtyard gardens, old timber furnishings and black out blinds. The kettle was a seriously welcomed bonus! Faultless, all round excellence in my experience and very good price. Happy to recommend and stay here again next time.

Mala experiencia. En la primera habitación olor a humedad insoportable con el armario inutilizable. Nos cambiaron de habitación y había un olor a cloaca insoportable. Nos tuvimos que marchar del hotel.

La habitación tenía una de las toallas de mano sucia, la almohada de la cama del niño sucia. Hay una plaga de hormigas llegabas y te encontrabas el suelo lleno la mesa de la tele mesitas de noche… donde te dejan el café lleno también tanto las tazas como los pasteles. El sitio es bonito y está bien pero ese problema de hormigas deberían de mirarlo. Se lo comentamos a la chica que hay allí y dijo que iba a limpiar y echar unos polvos. Pues cuando llegamos por la noche seguía todo lleno de hormigas igual. Es entendible ver algún bicho porque está al lado del jardín y tal pero una cosa es ver unas cuantas arañas que también habían pero lo de la hormigas ya es otra cosa

Sitio muy bonito y acogedor lleno de plantas. Me gustó mucho el jardín con meses que tienen en el interior para tomar el, sol leer o trabajar sin ruidos. Volveré de nuevo, seguro. Es muy acogedor calidad precio y cerca de la playa

Razonable

El hotel en general estaba bien, localización impecable a 4m a pie de la playa y restaurantes, supermercados etc. Lo pero fue el olor tan fuerte a moho y humedad que habia en las habitaciones y cuarto de baño. La base de ducha tenía unas tablas de madera y cada vez que se mojaba la base desprendía un olor insoportable. Es verdad que la chica que nos atendió hizo todo lo posible y nos cambio de dormitorio y algo alivio el problema. Espero que consiga solucionar el problema del olor tan fuerte a humedad.

La recepción no estuvo a la altura, teníamos el cheking a la una y llegamos a la una y diez y aún no habían preparado la habitación. Incumplen la ley de protección de datos fotocopiando el DNI para realizar el registro y a pesar de mencionárselo me contestaron que ellos lo hacían así y punto, una falta de ética absoluta

Ubicación y destino

Buen sitio para unos dias, limpio y cercano a playa y lugsres de restauración y recreo. Personal agradable y las habitaciones espaciosas y con wc grande, sin embargo, como recomendación,se echa en falta perchas en el wc para la ropa y toallas y tendederos para las toallas de la playa y bañadores. Sin embargo es muy recomendable y hemos pasado unos dias estupendos.
