"Fantastic location and warm welcoming staff. We had a wonderful view of the palace entrance, which was only a 30 second walk away. Everything you would typically want in a room was already there without having to ask the staff. Beds were comfortable, including the pull-out couch. Plenty of coffee in the room."

"We made this reservation on Hotels.com for two rooms. Upon arrival there was a desk clerk who was rather abrupt with us and told us she did not have the reservation. I explained we booked through Hotels.com and she didn't care and said there was nothing she could do and she stopped assisting us. While the room wasn’t ready until check-in time, I was happy to get access to the rooftop pool and wait with my sunglasses and book.
