"Best hotel,in Nottingham"

"Two minute walk to Theatre Royal, five minutes to town centre. Hotel has been refurbished to a high standard, only small thing to add, no extractor fan in bathroom everything gets soaked."

"Disappointed with my evening meal. Salad old!! Presentation with food on plate didn't look appealing. 2 very large kababs dumped ontop of soggy salad. Pitta brad not fresh either"

"The plug in the sink in our bathroom could not be fixed as reception called us at 10pm asking if we wanted to swap rooms! We were in bed! And no hot water the next morning throughout the whole hotel"

"City centre location is very noisy Room had no mirror and no sockets close to bathroom so very difficult to get ready, especially with 4 people in the room. "
