This spacious and classy apartment is furnished to an incredible standard and just a few minutes walk from Nottingham Trent University The Playhouse Theatre Royal and the famous Nottingham Castle.
Highlights include two large bedrooms both with en-suites open living room/kitchen dining area and high-speed internet.
This beautiful new build apartment has been finished to an extremely high specification for guests to enjoy. The master bedroom has a super king-size bed and a separate private seating area for the ultimate relaxation before a great night's sleep. This bedroom also has its own spacious fully equipped en-suite with a large bathtub shower and sink.
The second bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed with its own private en-suite bathroom. Premium quality bed linen and towels are provided for a luxurious stay.
Located in the renowned Lace Market area which is arguably the most desirable place to reside in Nottingham the apartment is surrounded by local pubs bars and restaurants. There are also Tesco and Sainsbury’s convenience stores nearby for your everyday essentials.

This apartment is located in one of Nottingham’s most sought-after areas making it the perfect base for family holidays a couples weekend or a business trip.
