Welcome to our beautiful family home and outbuilding called "Le temps de vivre". A peaceful setting in a quiet area of Notre Dame de Monts, ideal for family gatherings.
The accommodation is divided into two spaces: the house (for 4 people) and the outbuilding (for 3 people).

The property boasts 600 m² of grounds, with little overlooking.

A stay at Notre Dame de Monts means strolling on the beach or in the forest, biking along the coast, and discovering timeless moments like the annual "à tout vent" kite festival.

- the first bedroom has a double bed 160x200
- the second bedroom: 2 single beds
🔹 A shower room with shower, basin, storage unit and hairdryer.
🔹 1 storage room with washing machine, ironing board and barbecue.
🔹 Independent WC

Outbuilding:

🔹 A small living room with a dining area: bench, chairs, table and TV and a kitchenette area with fridge, oven, toaster, kettle, juicer, gas hob.
🔹 A mezzanine bedroom accessible by a staircase composed of a double bed (140x200) and a single bed (extra bed suitable for young child), 2 bedside tables, lamp, and a chest of drawers.
🔹 A shower room with shower, basins and hairdryer and WC.

OUTSIDE:

A 600m² plot with little overlooking

The enclosed garden runs around the house and features several small terraces:
- a terrace with a round table and chairs
- a terrace with 2 deckchairs
- a last terrace on the veranda side with two armchairs.

PLEASE NOTE: We would like to point out to travelers that parties and soirées are strictly forbidden in order to respect the place and the neighboring dwelling.

🚗 You will be able to park 2 vehicles in the courtyard of the house.
