This 21m² holiday studio is located on the first floor without a lift and comprises an entrance hall with two single bunk beds (NB: The top bunk bed is not suitable for under 6s), a living room with a 2-person sofa bed, a kitchen opening onto the living room, a bathroom, separate WC and a balcony.

The residence is located 50 metres from the slopes, 500 metres from the ESF ski school and 650 metres from the centre of the village of Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe.
