"The main restaurant in the hotel, food was excellent ( when it eventually came) the service was poor for the standard of the hotel and the cost of the food. Ordered drinks didn’t arrive starter course took 40 minutes not offered an apology or even a courtesy drink ( poor). Ordered a soufflĂ© for desert and came frozen !! . Generally though the spa was excellent as was the room, however it would have been nice to have a complementary bottle of water in the fridge. "
