"Our room on the second floor overlooked the river and the ferry to Tavira Island. It was really nice. There is a beautiful sitting area on the second floor too. There are no lifts so pack light! The parking is about 150 m away. The included breakfast was adequate."

"Beautiful hotel for the price … large supermarket 2 minutes away was handy with refrigerator in room. 3 minutes to riverwalk, with shops, restaurants & beach ferry. TV’s are a little small for the size of the room and digital reception was poor. Stayed 6 nights and would stay again."

Beautifully furnished with well equipped kitchen, quality fittings in bathrooms and strong WiFi and entertainment system...Cleaning prior to occupation could have been better, with dirty floors throughout...Outside spaces were covered in sand, dust and bird droppings which required cleaning before use..The ensuite bathroom on the first floor suffered severe problems with strong sewage smells rendering it unusable. This issue requires immediate attention. With doors closed, this didn't spoil our stay, but would be an issue for larger groups if this room needed to be used.The communications with the host were first class with our reception being in the late evening..I would recommend the accommodation if the sanitary odour issue is resolved."
