This lovely home offers countryside living with the added luxury of your own private hot tub, while remaining within easy reach of local amenities and attractions. Set in a peaceful location with scenic trails passing nearby, it’s ideal for walkers and those looking to reconnect with nature. After a day of exploring, return to relax and unwind in the hot tub, or take a short stroll to the village pub, known for its good food. A nearby garden centre with a popular restaurant and Aldis & Sons Farm Shop provide excellent options for dining and local produce. The modern bungalow has been thoughtfully designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. It features three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms – one with an over-bath shower and the other a separate shower room. A fully equipped kitchen and cosy living area make it easy to settle in and enjoy a true home-from-home experience. Outside, the private garden is perfect for al fresco dining or simply relaxing in the fresh countryside air. The charming town of Loddon, just a 6-minute drive away, offers a range of shops, cafés, pubs, and restaurants, with the River Chet running through its centre. Here, you can enjoy boating, canoeing, paddleboarding, or seasonal fishing (licence required). The Norfolk Broads are also within easy reach, offering miles of scenic waterways to explore.For days out, Great Yarmouth (18 miles) provides a traditional seaside experience with sandy beaches and family attractions. The market town of Beccles (12 minutes) offers shops, river trips, and the popular Lido outdoor pool, while Bungay is known for its independent shops and Earsham Street Deli. Norwich, just 15 minutes away, offers excellent shopping, dining, and cultural attractions, and Southwold (23 miles) is perfect for a coastal escape with our favourite beach.
