We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Norfolk and the cottage was so cozy and met all our needs for the week . The garden is lovely and when the sun was shining, it was lovely to sit outside . We were close to the coast , Norwich and the broads . The local bar and restaurant The Ratcatchers was superb and would definetly recommmend.
The cottage is very clean and neat. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay in the country. Full kitchen and lots of room. Lovely stay.

Lovely little cottage, quiet location, clean and tidy.
Lovely little cottage, quiet location, clean and tidy. We booked last minute so paid half the normal price which was fair value for money, at full price I would have struggled to say the same. Be aware - very steep staircase and only one bathroom downstairs. Garden is nice but no furniture outside to be able to enjoy it. Not all beds were made up, owner assumed adults would share a double, you must request this or there will be no choice of sleeping arrangements as no spare bedding to rectify yourself. The owner’s reply to our message as requested on booking information was curt, and we had no reply to our message notifying of our ETA, again requested by owner, suited us fine but just don’t expect a warm welcome.
