Bedroom 3: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Enclosed courtyard with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 3/4 cars. No smoking.. Situated within the owner’s grounds, retaining privacy and with an enclosed garden, Pear Tree Cottage is centrally located for exploring the coastline, beaches, nature and bird reserves. The village of Banham offers a zoo with Tarzan Tower Adventure play area and road train. Fishing lake within walking distance. Thetford Forest, 12 miles, has marked forest walks, national cycle route, wildlife hides, and adventure play area. Snetterton race circuit, 4 miles. Shops ¼ mile, pub 1 mile.
