You are set in the heart of Norwich centre, you walk out of the building and up some steps onto a road full of cafe's bars and shops.

It's a short 2-minute walk to the Norwich lanes where you can find the popular Grosvenor Fish Bar, which is a traditional fish and chip shop, with a twist.

To the left of the lounge, the fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the necessary cookware and utensils. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats five, providing a perfect setting for shared meals and engaging conversations.​

Centrally located, the main bedroom offers a luxurious king-sized bed adorned with high-quality linens and plush pillows, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The room is tastefully decorated with a blend of industrial and traditional elements, creating a serene retreat within the apartment.​

Located to the left of the lounge, the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and overhead shower, a toilet, and a basin. The space is designed with modern fixtures and provides a clean, comfortable environment for your daily routines.​

For those traveling with young children, a travel cot and high chair are available upon request, ensuring a comfortable stay for your little ones.​

If you're arriving by car, parking is available at Westwick Street Car Park, just a 6-minute walk (0.3 miles) from the apartment.

Check-in & Access:

You’ll receive an email with your key box code and full check-in instructions before arrival. If you have any questions, we’re just a call away.

House Rules:

- No smoking indoors (use outdoor areas & ashtrays provided).
- No pets.
- Please respect the property and leave it as you found it.
- Quiet hours: 9 pm – 8 am (weekdays), 11 pm – 8 am (weekends).

Damages:

We understand accidents happen! Let us know if anything breaks so we can replace it for the next guests. We won’t charge for minor breakages like crockery.

Terms of Stay:

A digitally signed agreement is required for bookings (sent via email) and we ask for ID to be provided.

Extras:

- Travel cot & high chair available for £30 (request 24 hours before check-in).
- UK bed sizes apply.
