"Receptionist did not know basic questions and false about what was down/not working for example the pool area. Receptionist also was not very well versed when talking about the the facilities breakfast. Instead of just being positive she said, “ look it is not that all it is cracked up to be.” Was very concerned when our room we booked we couldn’t get into but it wasn’t even ready once they got in. Also WiFi a basic amenity in 2026 did not work and tv didn’t also. Never been to a hotel where the tv didn’t work. "
