Was supposed to recieve a package, 3 days later when I checked out I was told it never arrived. Nearby restaurants not very good."

"The property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. If you're in Louisville and you just need a homebase to sleep and you don't like hotels, this is perfect. When we had some extra time, we walked around the quiet neighborhood. We found a great coffee shop and there are all sorts of cool shops/restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend it.
