"Clean and the staff was very nice and accommodating. Hotel is dated and right next to a very loud highway. Traffic noise 24/7. Very expensive during Derby! Probably will stay elsewhere next trip. "

There was a very strong odor in the lobby that was so bad you could almost taste it. (I believe it could have been some sort of cleaning agent.) The parking was good, staff friendly enough for my interactions with them. "

"Worst customer service I have ever experienced. First room, the tub faucet had steady water leak and bathroom floor was very weak and felt like you would fall through floor when stepped on. We ask for another room and that room was dirty and had no bed coverings. Then we had to ask for another room. We were never given an apology at all at any of the 3 times we had to change rooms - he acted completely bothered and was very rude during the whole experience. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone."
