"Very nice we enjoyed our stay the host Patrick was perfect great communication! One night of our stay a tree from the neighbors yard fell to the yard and he reached out and came to make sure everyone and everything was okay. By the next day had fence fixed and hot tub cleared up and running for us. Was the best stay ! "

"We had everything we needed and felt very comfortable. The house was immaculate and the host answered all of my messages right away. The game table and arcade game didn’t work but we didn’t care as we had plenty to do otherwise. The stove is amazing if you like to cook. Bring your own laundry pods if you plan to wash clothes.Other reviewers said that they did not feel safe. It is a low/mixed income neighborhood. We were there to conduct public opinion surveys for 2 weeks and talked to over 300 people in the area. Literally walking the streets all day around this VRBO house. We had a positive experience getting to know the residents and had no problems. As long as you’ve been in a city before and have some common sense you’ll be fine. Our party of 6 people got a nice place in a very convenient location for a reasonable price. "

"Perfect spot for a trip to Atlanta if you want to be in the heart of the city. Major attractions are really close by and the Mercedes Benz and State Farm arenas are walkable. We felt safe walking at night. Great communication with the host and easy check in. We will be staying here again "

"I would most definitely come back for another weekend stay! It is confidently located just about 5-20 minutes away from everything we wanted to do. The breakfast was amazing, rooms were clean. The room was spacious. I can say that the walls are thin and also I had to switch my room because the first room we had, had a weird odor to it, so after successfully switching to another room everything was great. 10/10 would stay here again. Also parking is $25 a night and it’s cable TV not smart tv. "

"Check in process was a little hectic. We were given the wrong apartment and then couldn't get keys to the correct apartment. We spent about 3 hours trying to get squared away. Also, the pool was not operable during our stay. The location was perfect; the apartment building is nice and full of amenities. Had it not been for the check in process, this would have made for a perfect stay."

"India checked on us during our stay. The house is located close to downtown without the congestion of downtown. It was also a quick drive to the MARTA station. The house is so cozy and the neighborhood was fairly quiet. Every once in a while you hear the train but it wasn't disruptive. You just hear it in the nackground when sitting on the porch. "

"Amazing service from everyone we encountered from the front desk to the bartenders. Spacious room. I loved having the hydration stations closeby. Great details for a very pleasant stay. Valet was easy. I am obsessed with the scent in the lobby. The only downside was I felt the hair dryer could be better quality. Did not seem to match the excellence of the rest of the room."
