"Would not stay here again due to terrible parking, rude staff and a leak in our room that was coming through a light which is a electrical hazard. No one fixed any of our problems and even the Marriott reached out to me but actually never fixed anything or apologized. Nothing has been done to fix this and or make me feel better about our stay. DO NOT STAY HERE"

"The room was ok, the beds were comfortable. Housekeeping never came even though we requested them in writing; so a 4 night stay with no housekeeping. The common areas were not well maintained, hallways are dark and common staircases look neglected. Good proximity to Mayo, but we will not stay here again if we have other options."

"The staff at the Hyatt House in Rochester Minnesota was very friendly. The breakfast was great. They had fresh fruit every morning and plain Greek yogurt. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. My only issue was in our room that there were stains on the sheets. The mattress was comfy and the pillows are down so I really liked them."

"The best part of our stay was the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Parking was rough. The garage next to the hotel was full and I did not want to pay $34 for valet parking. The next nearest garage was a couple blocks away. With all the construction, the hotel has provided great unloading space. We were able to unload the car, check in, and unload in the room while our car stayed in the unloading area before moving the car to the other garage. My room was nice sized with a very comfortable king bed. Over a multiple day stay, had to ask for additional coffee. They asked housekeeping to bring up the coffee and offered additional towels... very nice. Room was very quiet with the exception of some loud street noise from loud car engines."
