"The receptionist was confused who I was. Even after checking in she called to ask about my reservation. The room smelt like paint. The A/c and remote were broken, either way the A/c was rusty and had debris from construction so I wasn’t going to use it.. Surprisingly the bathroom was clean, not the towels though. Stepped on a roach, the next day it was gone."

"We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The space was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring Los Angeles.The location was fantastic close to Universal Studios Hollywood, which was one of the highlights of our trip, and surrounded by so many amazing food spots nearby. It’s the perfect place to stay if you want to be close to all the excitement and energy of LA, but still have a comfortable place to come back to and unwind.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area"

"Good experience. The house offers a good layout and is spacious for a multi-family trip. The kids absolutely loved the game room and outside space. The location is on a very main road so for us it was very noisy, but this can’t be controlled by the host. The home has a bbq and fruit trees in the gardens that we enjoyed picking. Great communication from host, pretty well stocked (some foil and plastic wrap would make it even better) and cleanliness was good. "

"Check-in was difficult. There were no lights. The front door was open. I couldn’t tell which door to go into. Another guest helped me find my room. The key code given did not work. After repeated requests, the staff texted me a new code that worked The room was substandard. We rented for three nights, but decided not to stay the first night. We paid for three nights and the staff agreed to refund two nights. "
