"This hotel, spa, and dining experience was the highlight of our second honeymoon (after 30 years). It was surprisingly affordable for the level of service and amenities, and it is located in a charming rural village. I have rarely eaten a better meal. "
"Hotel is located on a hill overlooking the valley - wonderful sunrise views. Property is well maintained and rooms/bathrooms well appointed.
One issue for us - we may have been placed into an accessible room - the bathroom light was tied to the door of the bathroom opening - there was no way to control the light other than the door (I asked). If you use the bathroom at night, and do not want the light to come on - you had to pull your key out of the main switch at the wall which cut all power...

"Logistically great! Accommodated very late arrival, all in English, coordinated via WatsApp without an issue, hotel in a nice location, local historical building. Definitely come here if you want the traditional Alsace experience. Easy parking in front of hotel. Room looked like new although the building is hundreds years old."

"This is a beautiful hotel! The restaurant in the hotel serves delicious food at reasonable prices. The area around the hotel is like a Hallmark Christmas town. The Christmas market was in the same town square and the atmosphere was very festive. A magical stay! "

"The hotel was ideally located. Close to the train station but easy walking distance to Petit France and the cathedral. We took a tram to the EU parliament and L’orangerie gardens and that was easy too."
"Loved the Pool and daily activities. Has a resort feel to it. The breakfast buffet is 2nd to none!
Only issue is the response times from the front desk. This way be a high season problem however, seeing how we traveled in early Aug."
"Great staff! Rooms were clean and fairly new. The spa was really relaxing. Uncovered free parking and paid covered parking. 5 minute walk to the tram station. "
"Despite the closeness of the train, the hotel is quite good located…just ten minutes walking from the centre of the city. My room was quite basic, however large and clean…breakfast also was enough considering the price, only missing a fruit.
The staff are always there to answer questions, helping with whatever is needed, and greeting you at any time."
