This property is in a great location. Next to a grocery store, across from Panera Bread and many other eateries and within walking distance of Reston To n Center. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the included breakfast was great.

The hotel was very nice and they assisted us with changing rooms so we could have our 2 booked rooms on the same floor. Breakfast met our needs and had the basics. The only improvement would be to have better water pressure. Toilet in one of the rooms was VERY slow to flush making it a bit difficult with 4 people in the room. I would stay there again if the chance arose.

The property was very nice and clean. Staff was very polite as well. Offered a hot breakfast bar. Only dislike was eoom next to ice machine and being used at 3:45am non stop. Also, it sounded like a truck(s) backing up at 5:45am and stuff being loaded. So we are sleep deprived today.

Not bad but it could be better
The room was comfortable. There was a microwave oven and a refrigerator. The desk and chair were good. TV signal, channels, and WiFi were very good. The sink was very low and only a trickle of water came from the faucet. The shower and toilet were OK. The free breakfast was also OK. The room was only cleaned upon request. Our return flight was very early, so we asked the front desk to wake us up at 5:30 am. They did not.

Good one night stay
Room is clean and looks recently renovated. The layout of the room is a bit odd though; the sink is right next to the entry and offers no privacy. Perhaps there should be a curtain to separate the sink area from the beds, so the light doesn't bother someone sleeping.

A MASSIVE waste of my money and time
When I walked in, the temperature in the lobby was very hot, and there was an odor in the air. The two women that were working at the front were not wearing name tags or any identification that would identify them as staff. Both women were dressed very casually, with the woman who assisted me showing the upper part of her neck with the large tattoo. The woman who helped me also seemed annoyed that I was checking in, as if I were bothering her. I ended up walking out of the hotel after a few hours and decided to stay with friends, as I had already wasted my money at that location. When I was walking out, there was chaos, with more than two other guests checking in. I was happy that I left.

Late night hall noise & no early morning hot water
Front desk allowed folks to gather in the first floor area hall not far from the front desk - group was lound and last over an hour (10pm to 11pm). They were heard the full length of the hall. Saturday at 5 AM there was no hot water to shower or shave - was checking out for an early flight
