"I like the location and the buffet breakfast but other than that I was not happy booking with them the Halong bay tour because I paid extra to be on a private limousine with only 6-9 people and they put us on a tour bus with 20 people. I paid extra to be on a small group of people and when I complained nothing happened. I will definitely go somewhere else next time to book a tour and the hotel stay. The shower is draining slowly, I have to let it drain to open the shower again."
