"under renovation, I changed to another hotel. desk was rude, dismissive. Indignant told me it was my problem not his! my home had an electrical fire. I had to find a place quickly for myself & dogs. hostle place. I stayed long enough to see room (dirty frayed carpet). laundry room out of service. contacted Expedia online & on phone. to find another hotel only after booking another room. Expedia . this lodging mis represents itself I feel they ought be removed from Expedia. seriously awful"
