"Why an I say.. epic experience. Greeting was warm and sincere. Parking is very close to your room. The cleanliness of the resort is impeccable. Woke up early to watch the monkeys swinging into the trees. The service and the food at the restaurant was incredible. Hard to believe how quickly they prepared the news. We got to know everyone on site practically and they were so willing to share a little bit about themselves truly personalized experience We did a day and night tour to the rainforest trails, and the guides were extremely knowledgeable, patient had great eyes to find so many things that you would miss if you were even trying to look on your own. The views from their room, the volcano Lake Arenal are almost hard to believe the real, so many photo opportunities. The amount of birds we saw was much more than I would expected. The only drawback possibly is that there’s no air-conditioning in the room however, being that there’s a screen door on the sliding patio door, the flow of natural air through the room in the hum of the frogs in the background definitely made out for it. You won’t be disappointed if you stay at the Arenal observation Lodge"

Volcano Lodge Hotel & Thermal Experience

"All in all an outstanding experience. This lodge far exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love the pool. The room was super comfortable. There was daily housekeeping. The laundry service was not ridiculously overpriced. The pool towel concept is absolutely ridiculous, but I'm not taking off points for it. The restaurant was amazing. I've never stayed at a hotel with a better built-in place to eat."

"This is a lovely hotel, the view from the my room, from breakfast restaurant and the pool is stunning volcano view. Room is spacious and clean, breakfast has lots of variety. Location is so convenient, 15mins drive from most of the attractions and restaurants. We enjoyed the stay there!"
