In addition, there was no hot water available the evening I arrived or the following morning. These issuesmade my stay quite inconvenient, and I wanted to make sure the hotel was aware so they can be addressed. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide regarding this matter. "The staff that checked us in was not very courteous. We requested a room change due to no elevator in an adjacent building we were put in. Another staff member helped get it resolved. There was no breakfast included. "
