"This property wouldn’t pick up their phones for almost two days of me calling in an attempt to switch the day of my stay- resulting in me paying for a room and not using it because our U-Haul broke and we had to wait for a new one. Expedia called the hotel and got no response either. Even emailed the people. If you can’t pick up a phone don’t own a business. "

"The rooms were clean and the common areas were nice. The breakfast was closed down 15 minutes early and we had a staff member unlock our door and try to come in just before 11:00 am and a second staff knock on the door even though check out time was noon. Felt rushed to be out early. "

"We were pulling a trailer and the pull through parking was convenient so that we did not have to detach the trailer from our truck. Also the parking lot was well-lit, which made us feel confident that our trailer and its contents would be safe."
