The breakfast and employees were excellent, just like they have been for my last ten or so visits. Unfortunately the hot tub and pool were unavailable due to work being done on them. And the hot water boiler was out so I had to improvise. However, it was my quietest stay in Elko because I was one of NINE guests in the hotel out of 108 rooms. I slept AWESOME! I pray that the boiler, hot tub, and pool are good for my next visit.

Wound up staying here for several weeks due to delayed house closing. Rooms are clean, breakfast is great and consistent, every staff member was lovely to us and very helpful. We also stayed with our cat and they were great about skipping housekeeping but giving us supplies as needed. The staff here work every day to keep the property very clean as i saw this day in and day out. Pool is great, too!
