"While the rooms are clean and the ocean-view accommodations offer a genuinely pleasant outlook, I strongly advise against purchasing the all-inclusive package. This was, without question, the least “inclusive” all-inclusive resort experience I have encountered. From the moment of arrival, we felt unwelcome and unaccommodated . A simple request for two room keys—one for myself and one for my spouse—was denied under the justification of a “safety issue,” which felt unreasonable and poorly explained.The lack of basic hospitality continued throughout the stay. Our room was stocked with only 2 towels despite a reservation for four guests. When I contacted the front desk to request additional towels, I was questioned about occupancy, even though the booking clearly reflected 4 guests.Dining was another major disappointment. The buffet offerings were consistently mediocre, to the point that we chose to dine off-property on multiple occasions. The reservation system for specialty restaurant was poorly managed—advertised as available between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM, yet fully booked within minutes of opening. We were only able to secure a reservation on our final day. Even more concerning, my children—who were included in the all-inclusive package—were not permitted to order from the specialty menu and were instead directed to the buffet. Overall, the experience felt short of expectations. I will not be returning to this property nor would I recommend it to others. "
