"The place was nice only issue was after checking in we had a lot of luggage so we asked to use the luggage cart but was told we had to wait for a bellhop that never showed up so we just drug all the luggage up in 2 loads."

"The property was clean kept. Smelled nice inside. Floors seemed clean. Machines seemed clean. We had a King Room in the Spa tower. The room overall was clean. The only thing I noticed was there was alot of dust on the side tables, the lamp and the alarm clock. The desk wasnt cleaned well either. There was a mark from a cup and some smudges from other stuff that looked food related. Ive paid more for much worse so overall I was happy with our stay. Hopefully they just pay more attention to the smaller details of cleaning next time."

"Nice area, large, clean rooms. The beds and pillows are very nice and comfy and towels were large and absorbent. Hot breakfast buffet was well stocked with good selection."

"We voluntarily gave up our room to another guest who ordered, but didn’t receive, a handicapped room. Ours happened to be, so we switched. I suspect we were then put in a room that they hadn’t finished remodeling. The hotel was fine, and the main part of our room was OK. But the showerhead was broken, the bathtub spout was stained, the overhead bathroom fan was hanging down as it might fall, there was paint where it shouldn’t be and lack of paint where there should. The elevator was out, and the stairs up to the third floor were really worn badly and dirty. Staff left bags of linens all over the hallways in the morning so you had to work your way through to walk down the hallway. And finally, the chain lock in the room was installed backward, meaning it would be useless if needed, one screw missing with the needed scree and a cordless drill left on the bathroom counter when we arrived. Staff was nice. Breakfast was ok. Price was ok. Probably not returning."
