A Tired, Old Hotel with Recent Updates
"This is a former Rodeway Inn, so the property looks tired and old, even though the finishes inside have been recently updated...lots of weeds and lack of nice landscaping, and not a nice parking lot area. Trash, weeds, overgrowth, etc., all around the property perimeter. It reminds me of the saying, ..."
