"Great location, walking distance to the museum and castle. Decoration meets the standard of “Boutique”. The view of the restaurant is fantastic. But if you want to have a swim or a Hammam, you have to go to another hotel by 15 mins driving/taxi. In addition, the air condition doesn’t work in one room of our group. Overall, it’s a unique hotel with special design. Recommended!"

"Good location comfortable spacious room.. but cleaning is a bit poor. They charged us 20 euros daily for our pet for deep cleaning. But they did not even hoover the carpets.. it was just regular sheet and towel changing etc. Overall comfortable stay as a family with our pet.. good service"

"The staff are very professional, friendly, and helpful. The buffet breakfast is truly excellent -- SO much variety and abundance. (It would be great if they offered a few more alternatives for people with lactose intolerance or vegans, ie. plant-based (like soy) yogurt and milk (soy, almond, cashew, or oat, for instance.) And I wish they had real orange juice instead of the unhealthy orange drink.) However, our stay was great. A very classy and upscale hotel."

"Generally a good and on a budget hotel but rooms must be cleaned better, lot of dust over the desk and where TV is placed. Breakfast is good but I've never been in the resturant i I can't review it. Very nice wellness area wit sauna, massages and pool. The gym is ok but there was 2 machine out of service, can be improved. "

"Near Metro. Easy access. Unfortunately the staff unable to speak English. The front desk also not informative- told us to take taxi as there is no metro (which is just round the corner). Other staff are friendly and always having big smile. The buffet breakfast- not much choice"

"Lovely service by the vallet. Beautiful accommodations with comfortable bedding. Adequate gym for leisure trip. A fun Scottish pub that we visited for dinner. Enjoyed everything we ordered, especially the pub chips and garlic sour cream dipping sauce. A lovely spread on the 5th floor terrace for breakfast. Things that could've been better - no newspaper. Pool didn't open until 11am.... unable to visit before leaving. The AC was not very good at keeping up with the hot temperatures throughout...

"Te Hotel is based in a area where everything is in easy reach by walking, taxi, buses. The property is beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff were very nice, friendly and very helpful. The room we had was very comfortable and clean too but there was only one downfall there was a damp smell coming from the bathroom which was very strong at times.
