"We enjoyed our stay. We did not use the pool but noticed that several people were. It is half indoor and half outside. There is a nice little sitting are by the outdoor portion of the pool which I took advantage of in the morning to sip my coffee. The location is very convenient as it is off the freeway and seemed to be in the middle of our chosen destinations. The one downside is that it can be a bit noisy. However, it was still nice to open the arcadia door in the morning and let the cool, fresh air in."

"We were able to get rims on the ground floor. Either there is no elevator or it’s not working. We had to remind the staff about the shuttle (but I was the only passenger ) and to go breakfast. Great breakfast"

"Marcie and Mollie were extremely helpful with helping me resolve a booking error that I made. They were diligent to ensure that I was able to get the room that I wanted, even when they were extremely busy due to the Balloon Fiesta. My room was extremely clean (because I do my own personal walkthrough and wipedown). Also, the views were amazing from my room. I loved that there were 2 hot tubs available, and I loved that the open patio was right across the way from the hot tob providing a nice breeze. Finally, I am used to paying ridiculously inflated prices in a casino, but the food that I ate at the Sportsbook Restaurant was inexpensive and really good."

"The location of the hotel and shuttle to the Balloon Fiesta was perfect. They offered breakfast from 4:30 to 9:30 so you could eat before going to the park or when you returned. The staff was friendly and informative. Only one glitch. If you decide to drive to the park you will have trouble returning because they block the road to the hotel."
