"The hot tub had grime in it. My finger easily wiped it off. The pool felt grimy too, and the slide was shut down. I felt that really should be updated on the advertisement as we chose this hotel for facilities. I used to bring my kids here years ago and it was a nice place, not so much now. Coming in to the hotel at 3 in the afternoon, my 2 year old grandson did what toddlers do, he screached out of excitement that the doors opened up, only to have the staff member get upset because people were sleeping. Also, the bed, at least the one in my room, was awful. My hisband and i had a terrible night sleep ans we were quite acky in the morning."
