"We were tired from a long day of driving and I had booked thru Expedia on the road. I had apparently entered the wrong date so when we arrived, there was some confusion. The ladies at the desk were very helpful and kind suggesting we needed to cancel or modify through Expedia so we wouldn't get charged for the incorrect date. Room was clean and beds super comfy. No coffee maker in room, but fresh coffee in lobby was excellent and we were back on the road by 5am."

"2nd time staying here passing through on our way to Denver. The room was clean spacious and looked recently remodeled. AC worked Great! It was sometimes hard to find a staff person at the desk area. Will definitely stay again. It was better than the Quality inn across the street for sure "

"We stopped overnight on our way from Dallas to Denver. These folks are doing everything right. The room is very spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated with the culture of the area. You can park right outside your door. they are pet friendly, they have solid wifi, and the breakfast and service is superb. Clayton is a sleepy little New Mexico town on the main highway. There is a Love's travel stop right across the street. We left recharged and ready for the remainder of our trip. If you need a stopover please give these folks your business; you will have good accommodations here."
