The hotel is currently under major construction! Flooring was being installed in the lobby during our stay and the property felt like a job site. Guests should be notified of renovations before booking. The bathrooms downstairs near lobby were out of order. The breakfast drinks were hot. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough as it felt like we were dancing around a job site.
We enjoyed our time here in Raton. Property was weird to access. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety of items. Quiet even though it’s not far off the freeway.
Excellent place to stay. A comfortable bed, hot breakfast, and nice staff made iur stay pleasant. I recommend!
We liked it so well, we booked 3 nights at another Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites at our destination!
The room was very nice and clean. The front desk person was nice but not much personality. She didn’t even try to go out of her way to make you feel glad you chose their hotel to stay at.
It was perfect for an overnight stay. We got there late and left early but the breakfast was good! Beds were comfortable. Would have been difficult to get to without a map but with google, easy peasy!
