"When we arrived we learned that the AC in the building was out. I was miserably hot -- menopause is a beast of a thing. The front desk clerk was Nate. Nate was fantastic. He found us a room with windows to the outside instead of facing the atrium and got us all set up so we could have a cool, comfortable room. Nate gets 5 stars 🌟. He was the absolute best part of our stay! "

"It is a former Hilton Hampton Inn. So the build out is decent. Id is not well maintained. The staff is awesome but very thin. I went by the breakfast bar a few times over the course of a month. Not what you would expect."

"The staff is definitely the highlight of this hotel. They are super friendly and helpful every time I’ve stayed here. The room is clean, and the breakfast is good enough. The entire property could use an upgrade, though. Everything is just a bit run-down, although it certainly didn’t impede our stay. I’d stay there again and have. "
