"First of all I feel the name on this hotel location is misleading. It is not near the airport. I made a mistake and thought it was the other Holiday Inn close to the Calgary airport. I was dropped off so I had to take a $35 taxi ride to get to this hotel. I was one of 6 people that afternoon that made the same error. My room was right beside the elevator so all I heard all night was people going in and out. Also my fridge in my room was making a loud noise every time it started. I mentioned to staff when I checked out. They said sorry but I would have preferred a discount offer. I will not be staying with you hotel ever again."

"Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t very good, we experience poor service in the restaurant as well as poor food options, the bar staff was not very well trained on liquor options. We were given broken glasses with cracks. And microwaved food. The room seemed to have remnants of bodily fluids on the headboard and linens were still stained with other bodily fluid fluids. Clean the bathroom was not clean and dated with obvious repairs in need. Our overall experience we won’t be back. "

"Strongly recommend avoid this hotel. Smoke detector was visibly broken. Hallways smelled like urine. Bedroom dingy and hairs from previous guests found in both beds. The shower and bath didn’t work because the faucet wouldn’t turn, was broken. Area of town was somewhat sketchy so overall would definitely avoid. Front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly and great though. "
