"Room is dated , bit small but functional for 2 people . Filter for AC was clogged with little air flow . They replaced it after I informed them . Local restaurant was decent . Convenient to bus stop , worth the early April stay . Park is busy ( spring break ) "

"We had a great stay at the Thunderbird Lodge in Canyon de Chelly! First, it was located right within the park and it was amazing to be able to drive five minutes and already see the beautiful canyon. We also had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant which was very good and also super convenient. Our room was super comfortable, and it was especially nice to return to our cozy room after a fantastic three hour tour of the canyon. Thank you for the great stay! "

"Only reason we booked here was cause they advertised Hot Tub.. but got there and big note at check-in hot tub not working!! Pool was very cold."

"Staff was friendly, room clean but no hot water, pool, ice machine, vending were out of service. Back door lock was broken allowing anyone to come into hotel. Hotel hallway smelled of weed. Also found I was charged again for the stay on top of pre-payment. Spoke to AGM - stated he would refund the second charge and would authorize a partial refund of stay for customer satisfaction. Upon review of charges, the second charge went through and have not received partial refund as of today. "
