"The hotel bathroom was not as clean as it should be expected. No slippers offered even though a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was not worth the price at all with terrible machine coffee. Staff at reception were very helpful and the bed itself was very comfortable and room spacious and clean"

"My first time visiting here, I arrived a little early so went upstairs to have lunch where the soft play is with my children. Found out later by another member of staff that I should of got 20% off my food due to staying at the hotel but the staff at soft play said because I hadn't yet checked in yet I didn't qualify which personally I think is ridiculous, they also told me not sure check in my car reg with them had to wait till I checked in at the hotel. Lots of misread information from the team up at the soft play, also got my food order wrong and didn't come across very friendly or happy to help! However Amanda at the hotel reception was very kind and helpful, even managed to get us free breakfast the next morning which was super helpful considering I was on my own with 2 little children."

"Rooms to many spiders and cobwebs also too hot fan in room not powerful and full of dust which made me cough quite a lot not the best time for my two nights."

"From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Alice, the Duty Manager. She was lovely and as we'd arrived early, let the kids and I go swimming whilst we waited for our room to be ready. Simple touch but so effective as it got our stay and holiday to a great start. Pool staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was warm and in the four times we swam, it wasnt busy. Cleaning staff were friendly as were the bar and waiting staff. A real gem of a hotel and staff they have here. Will definitely be coming back to stay in the summer and further down the line. Thank you to Alice and the team"
