The renovated indoor pool with hot tub is available all year. The unit has one queen-size bed and one queen-size pull-out sofa. Features a gas fireplace to warm you up on cold weather, and a full-size kitchen to cook for the entire family. Amenities include, newly updated indoor pool, beach for swimming, hot tub, racquetball, gym, tennis courts, ice skating, shuttle bus to Loon Mountain.

Great location!!! It was close to shops and restaurants. North Conway is less than an hour away. It was the perfect long weekend getaway that we needed.

The perfect budget stay for NH mountain fun!

The unit is very well cared for and clean. It is an older complex with older finishes and appliances but it has been very well cared for and both the bed and pull out sofa bed are quite comfortable. The value of what’s offered vs what it costs is right on point! I especially appreciated the excellent, fast communication. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Great location

The property is well maintained even though it's a bit old. The only real issue we had was the checkout time. Both of my emails stated check out was at 11:00 however the cleaning ladies were at our door at 10:00 and said check out time was at 10:00. This made for a rushed morning getting our things packed in a hurry.
