A beautifully maintained outdoor patio includes a firepit for roasting marshmallows and plenty of seating. The home is thoughtfully cared for and offers all the modern comforts you need – fast Wi-Fi updated appliances, and cozy, inviting spaces. At the same time, it is a very old farmhouse, and with that comes personality and a few quirks you may notice along the way. if you love the White Mountains, but want the more peaceful side, you will love Bethlehem (near Littleton). While a short drive from I 93, this small village is so close to much of the spectacular White Mountain outdoors, without the crowds and bustle of North Conway. This property is an old farmhouse, updated over the years, with a nice family room addition that comfortably sits your entire crew. Good outdoor dining space and 5 large bedrooms (each with private bath but 2 of the 5 are sofa beds). It is spacious - your crew can come together in the patio or family room or have some alone time in the bedrooms. A great mix for a large family or couples gathering.We experiences a snag with the fireplace, but the host responded and we are satisfied with her response.Quiet (no neighbors in sight), less than a mile from the charming shops and restaurants of Bethlehem (we biked there), and less than 15 minutes from either trailheads or many more shops and restaurants in Littleton.
