Private River Access & Mtn Views

A rare opportunity to enjoy private river frontage and expansive views of the White Mountains from your back door. This stunning 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom home is perched above the Pemigewassett River with private access to one of the areas best swimming holes. The back deck offers sweeping mountain views and steps down to a fire pit and right to the water. Take a short walk up Main Street for dinner and drinks at North Woodstock`s best restaurants, or a short drive over to Loon Mountain.

PLEASE NOTE:
The stairs to the river via the boulder face are very steep, some may find them difficult t to navigate, use at your own risk

The town beach is across from the river access at this property. We have it posted that there is no trespassing or access, but people do on occasion swim across and jump off the rocks on the right edge of the property.

This is a family oriented listing and not suitable for parties. We will verify guest count at check in via ring camera

The best VRBO view ever, in a comfortable home!

We loved our stay here. We did two long hikes, the first in an all-day rainstorm -- so nice to come home to hot showers and good washer/dryer. The second day over the top of Mount Moosilauke in a snow storm (think the Antarctic), and again back to the warm nesting of this home. Highly recommended!
