"We travel to this area of Cape Cod almost every year and we love it! The location of this unit is good if you are okay with being a little bit off the water. Braemar is a quiet area. The pool is very nice and the sitting area in the back is peaceful. We do a lot of our cooking in and the kitchen could use a few upgrades. I wouldn’t say that I agree that it’s a well stocked kitchen but you can definitely make it work. You may want to bring a frying pan, some spoons, bowls and a full size coffee...

"The place was very nice and in a great central location and very convenient. Took a moment for me to discover that there were Murphy beds. I suggest you put a little sign or instructions. Place was very clean, well decorated and well equipped for cooking and a longer stay than mine. Wished it had parking, but public parking was pretty nearby. I had my bike and locked it there. Overall too brief but a nice stay."

"The unit itself was very clean. Bed very comfy!! Kitchen well stocked with the essential appliances & utensils. Hall/Stairs carpets could have been cleaner. We did get our steps in! If you are not able to do steps the Bell Tower is not for you. The private Roof top sun deck to this unit was a nice surprise & had two comfy sun loungers, umbrella , small dine table & two chairs. There are plenty of beach chairs and sand umbrellas in fantastic condition for guest use. Perhaps a cooler in unit for...
