We stayed in this VRBO to ski in Jay Peak. It was a great size for my husband, two teen boys and I. Kitchen is well stocked and it was very warm and clean. My only issue was that I didn't realize there was a 5:00pm check in. (So pay attention.) and even with the 5:00 check in, we weren't able to get in until 5:15. The host felt really bad, but still inconvenient. One more thing, if you are sensitive to fragrance like we are, there are plug in air "fresheners" in every outlet. It was over whelming.
I called host 4 times plus text twice with no response ,until 2 nights before check in date, arrived at house and was disappointed at the condition of house ,doors and windows dirty, the keypad had to be played with a few times before it would work,,,,thought there would be a fire pit, garden and washer and dryer available on site as advertised ,had a designated area on back deck for smoking with no chairs on front or back deck, actually no sitting area outside,my granddaughter woke up stuffy and blew her nose ,black came from her nostrils,so come to find out all the fans had black dust of some kind in every room,so my daughter cleaned them ,we went to open windows ,the casing were very dirty,I do have pictures of the things I am describing, as well as spider cobweb, and a pincher in the rental…read the reviews before I rented ,all highly rated,Did not have the same experience, not to mention the host was using profanity upon greeting us.actually would like a partial refund, for our stay . It was over 600, for 2 night stay with host fees rental and other charges,Crazy!!
The host met us at the property and gave us a thorough walk through and answered all the questions we had. The property was well maintained and suited our needs perfectly! Would stay again!!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication
The house is in good condition, but is very small. While it has sleeping space for up to 8 people, the table sits 4 (and that is really all). Additionally there is no very limited space in the kitchen for food preparation, dish washing/drying, etc. The host was dealing with a personal emergency, so I don't want to be too hard on them. But I didn't hear from them about entry codes etc until the morning of my stay. Once we successfully got into the property, I texted them a few times over the weekend with non-emergency questions but never received an answer.
The house was exactly what we needed for our weekend. We had a wedding only a few miles away. The property was clean and had plenty of space for 5 adults to stay. Caitlyn was very helpful upon arrival.
Do not stay with this host. First of all, the listing was inaccurate. The listing advertised three beds, one king and two queens. There was no king bed. Instead, there was a pull out couch that didn't even have sheets. She also advertised dog friendly and fenced in yard. The yard was not fenced it. Thankfully, I brought my dog's tie out just in case.Like I mentioned before, there was no sheets for the pull out bed. I asked the host for sheets the night we arrived. She didn't answer her phone and got back to met the next morning. She said she would bring sheets that day. At 8PM, I told her to forget about it because we wanted to go to sleep. We were very upset by the inaccuracy of the listing. We booked this listing because we had 8 people going, but when we got there, we realized that this Vrbo would not work for us. I'm upset I spent hundred of dollars a night for my family to not even have sheets to sleep on. Do not book with this host.
The property was clean and well maintained, listing is accurate, items where professionally organized and we had ample amount of linens for our family.
We stayed for 4 nights at this cozy and comfortable home in the Northeast Kingdom pf Vermont. The host was very helpful in the making sure that we were felt secure and had everything that we could need for our stay. The property was equipped with all of the amenities needed for a pleasant and easy time. There is a Dollar General store 2 minutes away where you can get any supplies and snacks that you may need. All rooms are equipped with smart TV and the wifi bandwidth is more than adequate for many devices. A washer and dryer on the premisis are available for use if needed with detergent provided. The whole process was simple and relaxing. The yard was clean and our dog was happy and welcomed by the host and neighbors. We would definitely conside staying at this property or another listed by this host.
