"Initial disappointments were very unkept yard, home did not have operational conditioning and not great neighborhood to find out not terrible neighborhood for Buffalo I'm not from there. Described in listening as " Modern and Stylish " it did have some finishes that could be described as modern but the property is im guessing a 1940's building with some charm but definitely does not fit what i call "Modern".. Heavy photography filters on pictures on listing making it appear new or Modern but...

"We decided to forgo the crowds at the local hotels to stay here. It's only 10 minutes from UB North and it couldn't have been more convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment has everything you need to stay, we didn't have to bring anything extra. If I had to do it again, I'd stay here."

"Enjoyed our stay. We loved sitting outside on the deck out front. The weather was perfect. Bedrooms were big, beds were comfortable. House is pretty creaky, but we expected it given the age of the house, just felt a little bad for the people below us when we were walking around. Loved how close we were to the falls, and just a short drive to Buffalo."

"So close to everything! Wonderful house!! Felt like home. The ONLY downfall was that it got a little sketchy within a few blocks. That being said, I still would not hesitate to stay here again!!"

"Good communication with owners…helpful directions & info We loved the area, especially Marilla County Store( spent 2 hrs still didn’t see it all!) enjoyed walks in neighborhood!! Alton’s restaurant has good brunch, TGS family owned barbecue out of this world!! Both close by. Pretty Victorian interior, clean bright open kitchen, charming parlor, bed comfortable, bathroom showers need to be cleaned better ( only disappointment) Overall, 3 1/2 - 4 stars rating. Nice experience!! Love this area!!"

"Annual girls trip to Niagara/Buffalo for D'Youville grad. Everything was clean and well-appointed. Host was easy to contact for a question. Located cross from beautiful historic high school and close to Elmwood shopping and restaurants. Past stays have been at the Embassy Suites and this was a much better value."

"This was a 2 night rent with my family it was quiet, decently decorated. The only recommendation I’d say would be the cleaning I had to scrub the tub out before I would use it. The toilet had been fixed recently and had it all over sides of toilet which made it feel dirty. Other than these 2 issues I’d rent it again. They left towels, soap, hair dryer which was great I forgot mine!, they had an iron. The beds are so comfy u definitely get good night sleep for sure! "

"We all loved the quiet neighborhood. So pretty, and especially loved sitting out on the balcony, watching the squirrels play. The house is perfect size and very nice. Would definitely stay here again."
