"The property looks rather dated and could do with being gutted and starting again. Looks like its stuck in the 70s. The room i had was on the top floor. It had woodchip wallpaper on the ceiling which was peeling off. The bathroom. If u could call it a bathroom. (More like a cupboard. Was very cramped.it had a sliding door that at seen better days and was a waste of time. The breakfast was pretty much standard. Nothing special. Overall the property was ok i suppose for one night in skegness. Dont think i will be returning though. It needs alot of up dating."

"It was so bad that my stay of three nights I had to cut short after the first night.People screaming all night Dogs barking all night. No hot water .Main door left unlocked Nobody on reception after the last person booked in and the lady who was there when I arrived seemed very under the weather. I was too scared too stay there alone with my daughter. Black bags of rubbish left lying all 9ver the place. Verandah filthy and full of cigarette stubs so was unusable. Waste of money and I will be reporting them to trading standards and Expedia"

"Linens need more thorough washing. Walls were really thin so you could hear everyone in the surrounding rooms. Bathroom was clean. Location and parking were ideal."
