"Thr hotel was very quiet, clean, secure & everyone was very helpful & nice. Beds were comfortable & heater/air worked well. We would stay again. Kids birthday parties at the inside pool, 2 of the 3 days we stayed here very family oriented."

"Well just like everywhere I go I seem to have an issue with my Support dogs not being exempt from fees like it’s stated here! So most don’t claim exemption in their websites or anywhere else so you can imagine the trouble I’m having as I have 2 support animals and I go from planing on no fees to have very high fees! It also starts off my stay with me being portrayed negatively because I just argued with them that why do they claim exemption then when it comes time to check in it’s different!
I’ve found that my Registered And Certified PSM Support Animals don’t get to sleep with me anywhere as I book a suite and everytime I’m told they don’t allow pets in those rooms! Then we get booked into stinky pet rooms at Suite prices because they can change it because I book here! So I’ve learned now that it’s hotels.com that says they are exempt when they are not!
This property along with most don’t spend the extra pet fee money on cleaning the pet rooms! Our dogs tell us with their nose how clean room is by how much they sniff around! You compile the problem by not properly cleaning the rooms after each stay because most house trained males won’t try marking a spot that’s been properly cleaned!
I also know how hard it is to clean up after animals and it’s not fun! Well then if you can’t properly do it then don’t be Pet friendly like you claim because it isn’t at all friendly after we get here and see the conditions! "
"Easy check-in. Room was clean and comfortable. Quiet. Nice breakfast buffet. Hot tub and indoor pool available, but we did not use them. Nice bathroom and shower. Convenient location. Restaurants and shopping nearby. No smoking and no pets policies. "

"So this place is huge, we rented it for a family Christmas away from home and it definitely has the space. So many bedrooms, however the listing is a little misleading. I think they count some couches as places for people to sleep. There are 6 actual bedrooms with beds, one of them is even an office converted to a bedroom. So there is plenty of room but not as many beds as advertised. No couches fold out either. The house is also very dated, there are 100 light switches to control about 20 lights. It was very confusing in the kitchen, you literally had to turn on 5 to 6 switches and even then all the lights in the kitchen were not on and it felt dim at times. There is no garage space for you to use, which is a bummer. One huge bummer for us was the internet was um-usable and that was the only way to use the TV's. We were there in winter so the lake and outdoor space wasn't usable. The internet was so bad it ruined family friendly spaces. The basement has a huge TV that we never used because it couldn't get the wifi signal, the TV in the main upstairs living room worked twice for us, but would cut out and eventually stopped working.I get this shouldn't be the main point of a rental, but in the winter it's important. In general it was still a pretty nice place, not overly clean, there were at least 10 dead flies on the floor by the basement deck door so it's obvious the place hadn't been cleaned recently. "
"Stayed here due to numerous 5-Star ratings but now believe they were all false. I’ve never paid $65 a night to squat somewhere but now I can mark that off the bucket list. Hotel felt very much like a half-way house and there’s nothing intrinsically wrong with that but would have liked to know before hand. Someone was heavily smoking on the second floor despite being a no-smoking property stinking up the place. Shower didn’t drain well and there were fist-sized holes in the bathroom wall and door. Very dated property. Pillows were plentiful though "
