Front desk man was great!! Very responsive. Coffee/breakfast set up was convenient & nice for a motel. Cons: Bathroom door did not completely close. TV's sound would continuously go loud then low - a bit annoying. To be fair we didn't ask the front desk to fix it. We had no time for this.

Starting with a very professional and friendly check-in to a totally pleasant accessible room (104), my wife and I found our stay an enjoyable departure from our regular Super 8 stays. The property is smaller than most, but affords a view of a lake from our window across a wide park-like area, with a covered cookout area that I assume is for guests. The town, Chisago City, Minnesota, has some of the friendliest and courteous citizens we have ever experienced. It is an outdoor and lake destination for sports and a variety of lake recreation. I recommend it for value and price point.

The staff was very helpful but booked king suite type room but heater was broken so staff quickly got me moved to regular room as heat is more important than size of room. Quick and close and convenient for Chisago city other wise stay in Hinkley Casino much nicer and cheaper.

AC didnt work properly, floors were filthy, no soaps in dispensers, blow dryer was broken, smoke smell at night that did not come from hallway, and TV would freeze up. Hallways were disgusting. Language barrier with staff. Breakfast was good! Easy check out!

The hotel is in a great location near all of the stores, restaurants and bars. The room was perfect for what I needed and the bed was super comfortable. I travel frequently and the bed was one of best I have ever slept in. Less than a minute and I was fast asleep.Thank you Super 8!

Bed was comfortable. Carpet waa very dirty, bathroom door would not close, hair dryer fell off the wall, tv would not work, poorly completed and messy contract work, dirty breakfast area with limited items, fron t entrance was not welcoming and dirty.
