"I wouldn't say the area is pet friendly - no grass, no specific pet area except gravel and concrete. My room door was a big challenge to open, would stick and take 5 minutes and multiple tries to open. But they made up for it in friendliness and also have a breakfast bar. "

"Parking is plentiful, and reasonable. Continental breakfast has lots of reasonable variety. Although hard boiled eggs shouldn’t be peeled before they are put in a fridge. They get rubbery and don’t taste good at all. "

It just happens to be in Union which was a short trip. So, if you want something different than the standard corporate hotels, you won't be disappointed."
