Welcome to the Beautiful Pool House of North Port!

  • Welcome to the beautiful house of North Port! The house is located in the heart of the city, just 15 minutes from Warm Mineral Springs Park and 24 miles from one of Florida's best beaches and fishing places, less than 10 minutes from the water park and golf club, and close to a Publix grocery store and Walmart. Our house is 1400 sq. ft. of living space. Fully Furnished. Three bedrooms and 8 sleep. 70" Smart TV in a bright living room. Large kitchen with a huge eating area equipped with stainless steel appliances, a toaster, a microwave, and a coffee machine. High ceiling, ceramic tiles, and hard floor, no carpet. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer, two-car garage. There is a beautiful pool in the backyard. Pool heating is available for only $20/day. There is something for everyone, you won't be disappointed!

Beautiful, Peaceful Vacation Home Near VeniceWe had an excellent stay at this beautiful vacation rental near Venice. The house is spotless, modern, very neat, and feels brand new. It is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, close to the beach, with an easy and comfortable drive. It is also near supermarkets and conveniences, but still far enough away to keep the peace and privacy of the home.The private pool makes the stay even more relaxing and enjoyable, especially for a quiet family vacation. The location is great for enjoying the Venice area, nearby beaches, restaurants, and shops, while still coming back to a peaceful home. Even though it is not oceanfront, the drive to the beach is easy and stress-free. We truly enjoyed every moment and highly recommend this home.Thank you, Adril, for being a great host.

Fabulous get away

Whether you stay for three nights or two weeks , this is the place to stay . This house was well outfitted with all the conveniences of home , including a smoker ! The pool is beautiful and the house is conveniently located to beautiful Venice .

The check in was easy, communication with property management great! Super clean, well equipped, pool area awesome. Neighborhood/neighbors very quiet/super friendly. Centric location. Home away from home

The home is clean and spacious and well appointed for a family of at least 6! (It's a shame there was only two of us.) A wonderful surprise was that there was a new, beautiful pool that was not shown in the photos. Host was gracious enough to let us check in a little earlier in the day to accommodate our earlier arrival. Home is also close to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely rent again!

Great Property

This was a great house. It was very clean and well designed. The outside pool was so peaceful and really a beautiful area, felt very secluded with all the trees in the back. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again. The only thing that could have been better was that there were no pool towels, at least we couldn't find any. We did end up using the regular bath towels but it would have been nice to have some beach towels. The rest of the items were great.

House was beautiful - pool was absolutely breathtaking at night with the lights. We watched TV on the lanai and lit the fire pit table. Had great evenings just enjoying family. Our host responded quickly with a few questions we had. Would definitely recommend for a few days or a long stay.

EXCELLENT

The house was beautiful and so clean during our stay, I was very impressed and would highly recommend. Its only about 8 minutes from Walmart and main stores. The owner was super kind and very helpful if needed! Would definitely come back!

Very clean, house layout was great, nice amenities- loved the gas fire pit. Mattresses were way too firm for us, would have been nice to have had night stands in the master bedroom and preference would be a heated pool. Overall, we would stay again if mattresses where upgraded but our backs could not take it.

While the home itself was updated, and clean, the outdoor maintenance was disappointing. The lawn had not been mowed prior to our arrival, making the property appear neglected. Additionally, the pool was had ants and other bugs, which made it unpleasant and difficult to enjoy. We understand that some insects are unavoidable outdoors, but the condition suggested the pool and surrounding area had not been properly maintained before our stay. We hope the host addresses these maintenance issues, as they would greatly improve the experience for future guests. One other issue was the rather large construction/road project they had going on in the area. Hopefully that will be completed soon!

After arriving to Florida and checking into our initial house we found it to be a disaster. This home was a breath of fresh air!!! Host was awesome and accommodating to us and really helped us out of a bad situation. Thank you so much!! Highly recommend this home
